Air New Zealand Fashion week has always had a strong market presence. Digital Station combined animation technology and strategic vision to transform the brand perception in 2008.
We were engaged in a unique collaboration to position the brand with consumers and industry alike. We created “The Arrive” concept to show the magnetism of the brand and associations with local and international customers. Working in partnership with NZFW and theie partner modelling agencies we created a unique series of shots that were transposed onto natural runways in iconic locations throughout New Zealand. The animations rotated on the home page, became part of the imagery and invitations for various functions at the event. Digital Station also designed the look and feel for the website that year, worked on powerpoint shows for designers and designed interactive venue maps.
With NZFW we set the scene for a powerful brand experience with a big idea, then morphed it into animation online, at the venue and in various publications and invitations.
